The Students’ Union Administration Office is your first point of contact for all your needs and queries. The Students’ Union administrators work daily from 8:30 until 21:30 Monday to Thursday and until 19:00 on Friday. They can assist you with a wide range of services as listed below.

Any query you may have can be directed to either of the Students’ Union Administrators, and they can either resolve your query or re-direct you to someone who can help, either on the SU Exec or staff within the Institute. If you would like to speak to any SU Exec officer, and they are not available at that time, the admins will make an appointment with the officer you wish to speak to.
If you would like to host an event in the SU Area, please contact the team with details of the event and they will be able to process your request.
